Bab El Hara Seghira — Restaurant in Djerba Island

If you're a tunisian or a foreigner I really recommend this place!

The food is so simple, tasty, clean and very healthy! We were walking in Djerba hood, we got hungry and we checked the top rated places around, this came up and we really didn't regret it.

Ridha invites you into his minimalist and simple warm world, decorated like a typical tunisian home, where you eat very local and Mediterranean food with top quality ingredients. Service is great, we were offered tea that was also very good.

I found myself here looking for a nice local treat. The chef, as well as a local customer, welcomed me in a friendly way. Very friendly owner who speaks French but not English. The place seems to serve a fresh tuna salad and a fried thing with egg in it which he called "brick". Price was slightly higher than normal but I still recommend.
