Damascino — Restaurant in Maghreb

This restaurant claims to serve Syrian cuisine but offers a mix of Middle Eastern dishes. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The service was fast, which was a plus, but they missed a few of our orders, yet still included them on the bill. To their credit, they corrected it once I pointed it out.

Food portions are small comparing to the price you’re paying which is widely common in Tunisia resto. Most of the dishes are served with some salad and oriental rice.

Taste is fair but not extremely tasty. Soft and warm bread was offered to us with our food. Most the food will take around 15 to 18 min to be served.

I am giving you three stars Damascino. Your food was great, but compared to other places you are a little behind. We ordered two kinds of Kebab Halaby + Adna Kebab. The food was great and tasty. Unfortunately your portions are not enough and Hummus is a supplement? The manager was welcoming and warm, but the waiter was very rude towards us, as he almost threw the dishes on the table. Definitely changed my experience about your restaurant, and you should do something about this waiter....
