Mr meat — Restaurant in Maghreb

Service was super , super slow..we waited 60 min for our order. The foreign boys worked hard and cleared the tables very fast . The local staff behind the till was clueless and lost and disinterested .After 1 hour wait we have advised that we will leave because the food was mostly going for take aways (glovo)and nobody was paying attention to us. The food though was very , very good when it finally arrived. Good quality meet, tasty buns, nice salad and potato wedges. So well done on the food. There is still some hope for this place if customer service improves. Please hire people who are motivated to work and speak languages And don't complain that they are ' tired' because of Ramadan . It is very unprofessional approach. Also enable card payments not everyone has cash. Thanks...

Everything was Great : staff is very welcoming, clean space , and nice atmosphere for friends and family to gather , the only thing i am a bit disappointed about is we requested the Tomahawk countryman to be RARE ( blue Rare if possible) and it came out Overcooked which it destroyed the quality of the cut and it is over covered with the sauce , more than that everything was tasty and flavourful as the pictures show , good experience in general! I recommend it for anyone in tunis and anyone traveling...

Absolutely great. The space was nice and vast. The decor was actually beautiful. Was a bit hot though. The quantity was generous. However, the meat was a tiny bit overcooked, and the side rice was flavourless. However it was nicely charred, and had a great amount of cheese. I do recommend it, but I guess that you have to acknowledge the waiter/waitress about your preferences (rare, medium rare...) It's a bit pricey (over 50dt each) And they do accept...
