My wife and I went to this restaurant based on posted reviews! When we got there, we really got the impression that we not welcome, but they seated us out the back anyway! My starter, fried calamari, was dry and greasy at the same time! Yuck! Our main courses arrived, and to our horror, my wife's seafood pasta had the consistency of wallpaper paste, the squid was like tyre rubber and her prawns were so overcooked they ended up powdery and tasteless! My veal schnitzel parmesan arrived overcooked and smelling somewhat like an old boot! At no point in time did any of the staff bother to ask us how our meals were, despite us asking for various condiments and finally resorting to lemon to try and make both our dishes palatable, an impossible task I'm afraid to say! We left most of both our meals largely untouched, but this still eliceted no response from the staff, and it became clear that our experience of thier restaurant was of no importance to them whatsoever. As to ambience, if the owner holding court at French speaking tables is your thing, then you're tikkedty boo! Otherwise, dullsville pre war style! Don't waste...

I came with my wife to have a nice dinner. First we have been greeted at the door and offered to be seated inside. I requested if it's possible to have a seat outside as the weather was nice , and have been told that all the tables are reserved for other customers. I asked from about the time frame of the reservation as it was already 20.00 and the waiter told me that it's reserved for regular customers who will be coming at 20.30. By regular customers he meant local customers from Sousse. 5 minutes later, I saw the same waiter offering another couple to have one of the reserved tables saying:" is this table okay for you?"" My concern here is why when I requested for a seat outside I was denied and another couple they got it??? Why the waiter discriminates his clientèle ? I do hope I get an answer from the manager. Based on my experience I won't recommend this restaurant and I won't be back. P.s: the food quality was average. If I could give zero star or below I won't...

Charming restaurant, charming food, charming staff, and charming and charismatic owner.

Just had a dinner there with my family and relatives.

This lovely gem in Sousse has been my best restaurant experience in Tunisia so far, even among Tunis and Hammamet.

This restaurant is backed by decades of hard work, science, and consistency, by the owner, Mr. Chaieb who we had the pleasure of meeting tonight and chatting with h briefly. He is working side by side all his staff, constantly paying attention to every small detail, and making sure every dish is served to his standards. You can tell that there's a great team work behind the whole experience.

Two things impressed me the most. First, how they could successfully offer gastronomic experience from different cuisines in one place - Tunisian, Italian, French, and seafood.

The second thing was the quality of their local beef (steaks), seafood, and cheese.

Thank you, we will be...

Amazing restaurant! The guys here are super friendly, we asked for a menu but it was only for noon, however they agreed to serve one for us :) The decorations are amazing ! The theme is snails, and you have small snails everywhere hidden in the decoration, and even living small cute snails in the outside area. As i am algerian, i wanted to try their traditional dishes. They were awesomely delightful !!! As an appetizer they serve you small plates with harissa, olives, and the best butter i ever ate in my life. We tried also more continental dishes, they were just perfect. And once again we found that delicous butter in an open potato, this time with a different taste. I highly recommend this restaurant who truly deserves to be called restaurant! Also, one great thing to note, their menu OS AVAILABLE IN 4-5 LANGUAGES !! For this standing and quality, it is relatively cheap ;)

This was one of the highlights of the holiday. I managed to book a table for lunch. The restaurant itself is cosy, clean, and interesting to look around with lots of paintings and ornaments. We were given bread, herb butter, harissa and olives at the table whilst we chose and waited for our food. We had snails for the starters (one in mushroom and garlic sauce, and one in puff pastry). Both were very tasty and cooked well. For mains we had the steak with foie gras. This was delicious and probably some of the nicest steak I've had. It was cooked perfectly, the sauce was lovely, and the accompanying vegetables meant it was a good sized meal that left us too full for dessert! The prices were good for such quality food - definitely value for money! The staff were also lovely - they were efficient, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a visit!

Best French Cuisine I've had outside of France We went here as part of a TUI tour (we were a group of 10) to Monastir and Sousse, and didn't know anything about the restaurant so didn't know what to expect. The Waiter was friendly and welcoming, the starter was Fish Soup and was excellently flavoured. I had the fish as the main course and it was simply THE BEST FISH I'VE EVER TASTED. Cooked perfectly and with a potato and cream and butter cooked veg. The other people on my table has the meat (beef) option which they said was excellent. I was not surprised to read on TripAdvisor that it's the #1 restaurant in Sousse, it truly deserves the accolade. Thank You for a wonderful meal
