Bôbar — Restaurant in Tunis

It was okay— food is fairly mediocre but it’s very clean. A nice beach access and there were lots of families.

You should have an reservation on weekends or busy days. It actually was still fairly empty when we left but they told us it was fully reserved. You can still eat in the restaurant and go to the beach— the same thing.

The most peculiar thing is that they told us we couldn’t order a pizza but literally every person around us had a pizza?

They open at 10 but the staff were cleaning tables and setting up past 12 pm when they start serving food and most people show up.

The food was definitely not very good. It kind of felt like freezer food. I wasn’t really expecting it to be delicious so I wasn’t hugely disappointed. Probably a better place to get drinks. Though my daughter s happy to have chicken nuggets and fries (they also looked like overcooked grocery store freezer nuggets).

If I could, I'd rate 0 stars for this beach bar! We made a reservation ( for a table next to the beach). Arrived there, they didn't give us the table we wanted, afrer multiples tries, they gave us the worst table ever (next to the speakers, register and kitchen), the guy was very rude to us, we tried to go elsewhere, but unfortunatly we couldn't. Then , out of nowhere, a couple of strangers come sit next to us, without even, asking for our permission, the guy tells them to sit in order to wait for their table. When our group of friends arrives, they didn't even bother to move them from our table, until i go speak to the hostess (she was very nice and comprehensive). Also , the food was undercooked and not tasty (Pasta). I think I don't have to say that i will never again step foot...

It's overpriced for the quality and the quantity of the food but clean and great if you don't want many people around you. Won't go back any time soon!

Update: I think I witnessed the worst waiters in the world there. This place doesn't deserve any star. I'm never...
