The undeniably long wait times are a testament to its popularity, and upon finally being seated, it becomes clear why. The sushi itself is a revelation – the fish is incredibly fresh, the rice perfectly seasoned, and each bite delivers a nuanced and delightful taste experience. There's a clear mastery of the craft in the kitchen, and the quality of the ingredients shines through. However, the overall experience was unfortunately punctuated by some significant shortcomings that, for a restaurant of this caliber and popularity, are simply unacceptable. Firstly, the cleanliness of the glassware left a distinctly sour taste. Upon being seated, the glasses provided had an unpleasant odor. While our server was prompt in replacing them upon our request, the replacement glasses unfortunately suffered from the same issue. This recurring smell was disconcerting and detracted significantly from the otherwise refined dining experience. For a restaurant that clearly prides itself on the quality of its food, such a basic oversight in cleanliness is a major misstep. Also the table is sticky and was not cleaned thoroughly. Furthermore, the inexplicable omission of wasabi with our sushi was a perplexing oversight, bordering on an insult to the traditions of Japanese cuisine. Wasabi is an integral component of the sushi experience, providing a necessary counterpoint to the richness of the fish. To have it forgotten felt like a fundamental flaw in the service flow. Despite these notable drawbacks, it's important to acknowledge the exceptional service we received. Our server was truly top-notch – attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. They navigated the busy atmosphere with grace and made every effort to ensure our satisfaction, even when addressing the issues with the glassware. Ordered through the website then confirmed through phone. We have been told that after 1h15 the delivery driver will contact us. After 1 hour we call them just to check if they sent the driver. Well, they said "we" haven't confirmed our order and they couldn't find it!! As if we were lying. The woman on the phone couldn't understand the order number in French, we had to spell it word by word in Arabic. At the end they said do you want us to confirm your order and wait another hour!! We canceled. We're going to fast tonight. No food as it is already 9h30 pm. The incompetence that we experienced in this country, in every service, is...

I can only say that ambiance and food are amazing full of people beautiful decor. Nothing really can jeopardize food quality. Definitely if you are craving for sushi is a place to go and enjoy. Only one thing is that service staff can be a bit more welcoming and smile. As a person who speaks only English and not local language i was totally ignored which spoiled a bit overall experience but still it’s definitely worth visiting.
