Mokito — Restaurant in Tunis

A cosy bistro-style restaurant. The house specialty is bread bowls - a must-try! It also has salads. I went for a mid-sized bowl and it was pretty filling, more because of the cheesy stuffing than the bread. The bread itself was surprisingly fresh and soft (take it from someone that doesn’t like bread). The side fries were light, spicy and delicious. It's pleasant to try something different. The service was quick and staff friendly and helpful. Had to take a star out because none of the bread bowls is vegetarian (let alone vegan), and I hope to see...

Nice and cozy place. You can stay both inside and outside. I like the creative concept. They have a special dish "bread bowls", filled with vegetables, meat and lot of cheese 🧀 We ordered the Mexican and Italian variants. We ordered the small ones but they offer also a regular size. It was tasty and cheesy 👌 The personal are also very friendly and welcoming. During waiting time you can enjoy coloring the sheets on the table, coloring pencils are also provided. Great place , they have a new concept of serving bowl bread with a filling of your choice with different sizes too. I loved the fact that they give you pictures to color while you're waiting which is a great activity to do with you friends or family. The waitress is so nice and the service is fast the only thing i didn't like is that the restaurant is very small: the tables are very close and no open windows especially in this time of covid
