An unfortunate casualty of showbiz, Quick China of Tepe Prime is merely a polite insult to the QC we know and love since 90’s. If you are a far eastern cuisine enthusiast, do think twice before you dine here.
Food is alright, definitely not bad, you’ll surely get an above average food here. The kitchen staff deserve the credit. However, managerial decisions do kill the overall taste and vibe here.
First, they don’t serve ginger with sushi anymore unless you specifically ask for it. No kidding. They don’t give soy sauce condiments with to-go orders either, unless you specifically ask for it. They don’t serve fortune cookies after your food unless you specifically ask for it. Anything and everything that should be there by default is not there, again, unless you specifically ask for it.
These small details hurt the overall experience to truly enjoy the dine. Consequently, all these add up to the fact that they don’t care about the quality of food and service, but just there for your dimes and pennies.
I’m really sorry for the staff here because you can also feel their unpleasantness from their faces, except a few exceptions.
All the food you order comes in shiny plates, with extraordinary presentations. That’s it. Mediocre dishes presented in photographically interesting occasions is more than enough for most. We’re living in a supply & demand society, if the demand is just there for showbiz, whom are we to complain about incompetent supply?
If you are a far eastern cuisine enthusiast just like me, don’t bother eating here. Those tiny bits of unfortunate details may annoy...
Read moreDespite the fact I came here at least once a year tonight we had a very unpleasant service. We asked for kinoa maki. As my foreign friend was vegetarian, it is hard to pick vegetarian food as the choices are limited. The older waiter showed us several numbers. I gave the numbers I've seen we wanted to be served. Asked me if it is the one, i saw kinoa. Then he brought salmon kinoa. He insisted I ordered wrong. I didn't know what was he about. Tell me the situation, "you ordered this number, you must have read wrong. But you still have to pay for it" appearantly he was going to be charged for it. But all he did was making us feel uncomfortable. Then he left. The rest of the waiters did a good service. But that particular guy brought us bill. We still waited for card payment device for long time while we were the only customers left besides another table. Had to call twice. And he never came back. We even payed for that kinoa salmon we didn't want but ate it and had no complaints. But was it necessary to make our experience...
Read moreExtremely disappointing experience - multiple issues I placed an order through the company's app and encountered several major problems that completely ruined what should have been a simple meal. Delivery Issues:
Order took 2 hours to arrive (far beyond any reasonable timeframe) Called customer service 4 times during the wait Each time I was told "the order is about to arrive" - clearly untrue
Order Accuracy:
2 out of 5 items were missing from my order No explanation or compensation offered for the missing items
Food Quality:
The items that did arrive had noticeably declined in taste compared to previous orders Overall quality has clearly deteriorated
This experience was frustrating from start to finish. Between the excessive wait time, poor communication, incomplete order, and declining food quality, I cannot recommend this company. The multiple issues suggest systemic problems with their operations. I expected much better and won't be ordering again until these problems...
