Noodle House — Restaurant in Ümraniye

PLEASE DON'T ORDER HERE! We ordered sushi for over 550TL. The avocado was unripe, the rice tasted extremely bitter like it was spoiled. Ofcourse mistakes can happen and food can go bad, but a good company will admit its mistake and try to find a solution. However this restaurant told us they will not do anything about the situation because the package wasn't unopened and we tried 1 of the 32 (!!) pieces. How else could we know it doesn't taste well?! They just hung up on us on the phone. Because we are tourists and can't speak Turkish we asked a local to contact the manager again. The reason they gave for the bitter taste in the sushi was the ginger that was packed in the order, which we specifically didn't order! In the end the manager stuck to his opinion and we had to throw away the entire order, including the other - still unopened - package. This is the worst customer service we've ever...

There are 4 types of noodles to choose from. Yellow, ramen, udon and rice noodles. I have the yellow noodles, personally the taste was fine the critical flavour that is missing is the savouriness. The 2nd most important flavour in asian dishes would be the spiciness and the 1st would be savouriness. My friend and i order the ramen and yellow noodles respectively. The texture and presantion was great however both dishes were missing the savouriness. That was my only complaint about the food. I also had sushi. The sushi was, well, blend. Daha önce yerinde de deneyimledim. Ancak eve sipariş ile orda yemenin arasında bi fark olmadığından sürekli eve söyler oldum. Sebzeli noodle ne zaman canım çekse burası tek adresim. Belki onlarca kez eve söyledim ve bir kez beni şaşırtmadılar. Porsiyon son derece bol kepçe ve doyurucu, dışardan kutunun küçük olduğuna bakmayın. Ama en önemlisi sıcacık, şurda yavuztürkden burger king söylüyoruz buz gibi geliyor ve evimize daha yakın olduğu halde. Veya pizza söylüyosun soğumuş oluyor. Bunların siparişi nasıl bu kadar sıcak aklım almıyor. Son derece lezzetli ve harika. Zaten buranın müdavimiyim ancak yorum yapıyorum. Bari bir yere hakkıyla yorum yapalım değil mi?
