Service is terrible.I went here 8 months ago it was all good but I went there today and last week unfortunately it looks like everything changed.last week I ordered Turkish breakfast they bring the breakfast but no service plate fork or knife after I asked for service set they did bring it but still waiting for bread and my tea I finished my breakfast until bread comes.Today I order katmer tea and Turkish coffee when they bring the Katmer bottom of katmer was completely burned I tried to eat at the same time I asked the waiter is this normal he said let me ask the kitchen he grabbed the Katmer plate went to kitchen and newer come back.i was on the phone I asked the Katmer to different waiter after I done with my phone call he bring the same Katmer with different plate I couldn’t understand what happened I paid and left the place.Place is nice but should give attention for...

I recently visited Hayad Restaurant in Gaziantep for a family breakfast and was really impressed. The breakfast selection was fantastic – fresh, varied, and full of flavour. One thing that truly stood out was the coffee – hands down the best I’ve had in a long time!

Another big plus is the parking. It was very easy and convenient, and they even offer electric vehicle charging, which is a great bonus. You can relax and enjoy your meal while your car charges. I also loved the fresh juice options that complemented the food perfectly.

Hizmet: Ne yazık ki, hizmet konusunda beklentilerimizi karşılayamadılar. Personel oldukça ilgisizdi ve siparişlerin alınması çok uzun sürdü. Ayrıca yemeklerin soğuk gelmesi de, servisin yeterince hızlı olmadığını gösteriyordu. Yoğun saatlerde yetersiz personel sayısı olduğu belliydi, bu da müşteriler açısından memnuniyetsizliğe yol açtı.

Atmosfer: Restoranın dekorasyonu ve atmosferi oldukça güzeldi. Ferah bir ortamda yemek yemek, keyifli bir deneyim sunabilir. Ancak, kötü servis bu olumlu atmosferin etkisini azalttı.
