McDonald's — Restaurant in Bağcılar

Food really bad!!!! They couldn’t make basic potato fries 🍟 We asked couple times to change it. Still they brought uncooked potatoes fries again and again . Service also bad, it’s not that busy place. Just couple people , even more delivery guys waiting for their orders. But so dirty!!! Second floor seams like no one cleaning at all. Bad management!!!!!! So many employees but useless!!!

I regret every time when i go to this branch, which suffers from bad and unqualified restaurant staff. Since I am tired of missing products being delivered to vehicles, I leave my car and specifically enter the branch. To check my products. However, faulty products continue to be delivered persistently. The staff is extremely indifferent and incompetent. I wish there was another Mc Donalds branch nearby so we could get out of...

Wouldn't recommend Plastic tasting food Caused severe stomach issues as the food is semi cooked despite going on different occasions Overly priced Lack of hygiene and the food is served cold because of the staff not taking pride in what they do. Mishandle food - touch raw food, bins, touch money and clean the tables without washing their hands in between
