I was honestly disappointed with my visit to Midpoint Aqua Florya. The location is beautiful and has so much potential with the sea view, but the food and service just didn’t deliver at all. We ordered a few dishes, including what was supposed to be nachos with cheese, and it arrived cold and soggy. The cheese was barely melted, and the chips were chewy instead of crispy. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being brought to the table.
We also tried a burger, and it was completely underwhelming. The patty was dry, the bun was stale, and the whole thing lacked any real flavour. For the prices they charge, I expected something much better than what felt like reheated fast food.
The service was also really slow and uninterested. We had to flag someone down multiple times just to get water or follow up on our order. No one checked in on us, and the staff seemed distracted the whole time.

I had a terrible experience at Midpoint in Florya. The waiter responsible for our table was extremely disrespectful throughout our visit. However, what shocked me the most was what happened when I paid. After settling the bill, I left a tip—though it was modest, tipping is ultimately my choice as a customer.
To my surprise, the waiter returned the tip, saying, "It's not worth it; I don't need this." I found this behavior to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's unacceptable for any employee to dictate how much of a tip is "sufficient" or to demean a customer for their decision.
This experience left a very bad impression, and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I strongly recommend that the management address the attitude and behavior of their staff. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of tipping practices.

If you ask them they bring it very late after 3-4 reminders. Then for the breakfast they dont bring all items together , you have to wait for the bread to start your meal but untill that time your breakfast becomes cold, there is no point of paying money if they dont care and respect your loyal customers.
