I was waiting for a peach green tea lemonade in a huge line for almost 10 minutes. When I finally got to the cash desk, cashier told me that they don’t have any of ice tea lemonades available. And no excuses. I asked him about any other ice tea. He told that they don’t have any ice tea available. But 2 girls in front of me had ordered berry hibiscus ice tea. Hope next time I will see information about availability in a menu over the cashier instead of waisting my time in a line. Also washroom was dirty as hell. Really disappointed! Rudest customer service I’ve ever had. They refused to heat my sandwich because the one in G floor doesn’t work and they don’t want to go all the way to the first floor microwave. The mozzarella sandwich tasted horrible. My stomach atarted aching afterwards.

Got my order wrong and when I told them the lady cursed me in Turkish and complained the whole time.

Would try any local cafe better than stuck up franchises that don’t respect customers.

Even the place was extremely dirty and has no AC everyone was sweating inside.
