This is the worst cafe I’ve ever been in Turkey 🤧 The food was good, we ordered San Sebastián cheesecake and some croissants, however this can’t save the whole situation. We sat outside, all tables were dirty and the waiter didn’t clean the table until we ask her. Then we wait for 30 minutes and have 2 croissants instead of 3, cause one of them wasn’t on menu (and nobody tell this to us). So only 2 guests eat instead of 3:) And WARNING nobody speaks English there. Firstly we eat desserts and coffee, then we have main course (not all guests) and it wasn’t exactly that dishes that we ordered, so...

Koşuyolu Viyana Kahvesi’nde yaşadıklarımız tam anlamıyla rezaletti. İçeri girer girmez yoğun bir ter kokusu karşıladı bizi. Havasız, bunaltıcı bir ortam. 6 kişi geldiğimiz için daha rahat bir yere geçmek istedik, arka bahçede geniş ve boş bir alan vardı. Ama oraya geçmemize izin verilmedi, “servise kapalı” denildi. O sırada orada oturan 3 genç kız vardı, sorduğumuzda “onlar çalışan” dediler ama inandırıcılıktan çok uzak bir bahane.

İçeride oturduk, masa kirliydi, temizlemelerini rica ettik. Görevli kişi masadaki kırıntıları resmen üzerimize döktü. Tepki bile vermedik, ama sabır taşımız 5 dakika sonra patladı: bizden sonra gelen müşterileri arka bahçeye aldılar! “Onlarda mı çalışan?” Diye sorduğumuzda “Siz de geçebilirsiniz” denildi. Ne değişti de az önce kapalı olan yer açıldı? Bu ne ciddiyetsizlik, ne saygısızlık?

Viyana Kahvesi’nin diğer şubelerini severek tercih ederdik ama burası tam anlamıyla sınıfta kaldı. Bu şubenin çalışanları müşteriye değer vermiyor, insanı resmen saf yerine koyuyorlar. Asla bir daha gitmem, kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum. Lezzet değil, saygı arıyorsanız...
