SUNSET Beach Restaurant Bar — Restaurant in Marmaris

During my visit to the beach, I had an encounter with a staff member who, in my opinion, has no place working in a customer-facing role. This particular lifeguard a man in his mid-50s, wearing a cap was taking orders when I approached. From the very start, his attitude was openly rude and dismissive, as if serving guests was an inconvenience to him. When I tried to place my order, his tone was curt and unfriendly. Before I could even finish listing the rest of my order, he simply walked away without a word, leaving the interaction unfinished. I was left standing there wondering why someone with such an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude is employed in a role that is supposed to ensure guests feel safe and welcome. It completely ruined the experience and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. In any hospitality or service setting especially at a beach where people come to relax such behavior is unacceptable. One of the best meals I have ever had! Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic evening at SUNSET Beach last night. We had the special dish which was lamb leg and it was cooked to absolute perfection. One of the most tender pieces of meat I have ever tasted and I highly recommend! And where do I start with the service….absolutely OUTSTANDING from all the staff. They are an amazing team and are very attentive and couldn’t give us enough. They made me and my girlfriend feel like royalty! A warm welcome and relaxed setting set the tone for this lovely restaurant. My partner and I enjoyed eating here and just had to come back ...several times!. The menu is varied enough to try different dishes, fresh fish cooked to perfection and attentive staff made an unforgettable experience. There's alot of competition along the seafront but Sunset Beach won for us hands down. The culture in Turkey is to tip but it's worth every penny...
