Menekşe Balık — Restaurant in Muratpaşa

A sad disappointment. The salad and bread were not good. The grilled fish was over-cooked and dried out. The service wasn’t good either, and the staff refused to give us a menu, so we believe we were over-charged but can’t be certain. I’m sorry that we had such a bad experience here since this restaurant is close to our apartment, and we might have made this a regular place for lunch and supper. I won’t come back here, and suggest you go somewhere else. There are so many wonderful restaurants in Antalya, where the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly. No point spending your money here.

Edited to add that when we paid and were leaving the restaurant, the staff turned away and would not look at our faces. We did not complain about the bad food or very slow service during dinner, so they could not know that we were unhappy. But they knew that our food was over priced and poor quality, and I believe that is why they turned away as we left. They knew...

The ONLY seafood restaurant you should try in Antalya.

As soon as we arrived, we knew this wouldn’t disappoint. The waiter helped us to choose a selection of different white fish and we couldn’t wait to give it a try.

We sat down inside which was very spacious with plenty of seating.

Once our freshly grilled and fried fish arrived, we were immediately impressed with the great presentation. Everything was seasoned very well and served with fresh salad.

The waiters were very very good. They constantly would check our table to ask and check if we needed anything. This made the service and overall experience impeccable.

Siparişimle ilgili karşılaştığım sorunlar şunlar:

Yemekler geç geldi, bu sürekli bir sorun gibi görünse de, balık yemeğim geldiğinde tamamen soğuktu. Soğuk balık tüketmek kabul edilemez ve potansiyel olarak güvenli değildir. Yemeklerin ambalajı son derece yetersizdi. Çorbanın yarısı dökülmüştü ve balık kabında devrilmişti. Paketlemedeki özensizlik şaşırtıcı ve yemeğin müşteriye çekici bir durumda ulaşmasını sağlama konusunda bir ihmal olduğunu gösteriyor. Önceliğinizin yalnızca karı maksimize etmek olduğu ve tüketicilere sağlanan hizmetin kalitesini hiç dikkate almadığınız anlaşılıyor.
