I had a very unpleasant experience here due to the extremely rude behavior of one of the staff members—a woman wearing a headscarf. While I was browsing the T-shirts, she suddenly grabbed the one I was holding right out of my hand without saying a word. I was shocked, and when I looked at her in disbelief, she simply said, “I’m going to hold it,” without offering any explanation or apology.

We were also misled on the price. When we asked about the cost of a T-shirt, we were told it was 300 lira. However, at checkout, we were charged 350 lira. When we pointed this out, they claimed, “Well, the black ones are different,” even though both shirts looked identical and had the same tag.Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this...

Comportamento scorretto con i turisti. Ci siamo seduti a questo bar a ridosso della bellissima città sotterranea di Nevsehir. Al momento del nostro arrivo c'era solo un tavolo occupato. Non essendo esposti i prezzi, abbiamo chiesto il menù al proprietario, ma come risposta ci è stato detto che tuttio è al prezzo di 100lire turche (caffè,succhi,bibite). Ordiniamo 2 limonate chiedendo delle spremute di limone. Riceviamo 2 bevande di succo di limone diluito, altro che spremute. Poco dopo arrivano 5 uomini turchi ai quali vengono serviti 5 caffè con tanto di menù cartaceo!!! A quel punto, all'atto di pagare rinnoviamo la richiesta di avere un menù, ma solo dopo molte insistenze riusciamo ad ottenerlo. Notiamo che il prezzo della limonata è diverso 75 lire anziché 100 lire e questo non ci piace affatto, lo troviamo scorretto e lo facciamo notare al proprietario il quale ci dice che il prezzo che ci aveva comunicato è "un prezzo medio" perché al momento c'erano tanti clienti al bar (al bar c'era solo la famiglia già servita). Così gli diciamo che avremmo si pagato 200 lire, ma che avremmo postato tutto su Internet, listino e menù. Alla fine ci ha fatto pagare il giusto prezzo riportato nel menù (150 lire), ma ciò non toglie che il comportamento è stato...

Konumu, kalitesi ve hizmeti ile çok başarılı Eşimle beraber gittiğim Kayaşehir turistik alanı içersinde muhteşem bir manzara eşliğinde yapılan kahvaltı kesinlikle ödül gibiydi, çok lezzetli gözleme tiryakisine yakışan çay, tereddütsüz tavsiye ederim. Çalışan arkadaşların nezaketi, mekanın temizliği ayrı bir güzellik. Mekan sabah çok beğenince akşam da gidelim dedik, efsane çay eşliğinde tatlı yine muhteşemdi. Nargilesiz olmaz dedik , nargile sevenler tereddütsüz tavsiyemdir. Çok memnun kaldık. Turistik bölgeye göre fiyat kalite performansı çok iyi. Benim en fazla şikayet ettiğim turistik bölgelerdeki gel geç müşteri özensizliği ne bu mekanda rastlayamazsınız. Ayrıca çok güzel bir menüleri var ve fiyatlar yazıyor.
