I tried the lamb skewers on toothpicks at this restaurant offering Uighur cuisine. Unlike typical kebabs, here they serve tender pieces of lamb on toothpicks with plenty of undercooked onions. The meal was delicious and the portions satisfying. Unlike East Asian cuisine, Uighur food is more akin to Anatolian flavors. It might be helpful to ask the waiter for advice regarding the level of spiciness when ordering. The place is very clean. We went as a big group of people and ordered lots of varieties. The meals were quite delicious, but service, the waiter was always rushing and no one would check on us on the second floor.
