Al-Nisaa Hotel and Spa — Restaurant in Jinja

My experience at this establishment was great. My mother came to do her nails at the spa, we arrived for her appointment, and the girls who cared for her were prepared. She had a lovely time in an air conditioned room. The girls were friendly, and they had a nice chat with a few laughs. The manicure and pedicure equipment were clean, and the experience of the salon staff was good.

Meanwhile, I waited in the lobby which had comfortable seats, was quiet, and had suttle background music. The service may have been slightly better, for example the restaurant staff could have asked if I wanted something to drink. All in all, a wonderful afternoon for my mother and I. Thank...

Al-Nisaa Hotel and Spa is a very beautiful hotel in Jinja that has almost every thing around, for example, they have Spa, sauna, conference hall that can accommodate 200 people ,very beautiful gift shop , beautiful rooms, good view , but the don't allow smoking, nor clubbing, no bar,restaurant is around and sleep over are allowed , very good catering services and health food and drinks are available and takeaway as well. My mom went there yesterday for a body wax, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. They burned her several times, failed to properly remove the wax (they didn’t stretch the skin before pulling off the wax), and left behind patches of hair that are usually cleaned up with tweezers.

Even a day later, she still has red marks in the areas they waxed, and her skin is sore and painful.

This is truly unfortunate, and I'm upset for bringing my mom to a place where she left in pain and disappointment.
