On 17 February 2024, I paid a visit to Source Cafe. I wanted to order a nice breakfast with a flavoured latte. I ordered the morning sandwich (with jam, peanut butter and banana), oatmeal and the pineapple bowl with a flavoured latte salted caramel. After ordering these, I connected my laptop to the wifi and waited for breakfast with the latte. I sat at the table at the front of the managers' room because that table was free and there was an outlet I could use for my laptop. I waited a very long time for my order and after about 45 minutes I asked the waiter how long it would take. At that time, he was just preparing my latte and said breakfast was almost coming. He served me the latte which was delicious and well hot. But once breakfast was served to me (after 50 minutes of waiting), the oatmeal was cold, the sandwich was cold and the pineapple bowl had come to room temperature. I ate the sandwich. Then I wanted to eat the oatmeal but it was not tasty at all because it was cold. So I stopped eating it even though I love oatmeal. I was then so sad and disappointed that I spontaneously stopped craving the pineapple bowl. I reported to the waiter that the oatmeal was not tasty at all because it was cold. At that exact same moment, a waitress (the one with light skin) started laughing meanly. And she did so several times. I wanted to report to the manager that my order was served to me cold but he was not there. So I decided to call him. Through medium, someone asked the manager's phone number to the waitress with the light skin but she would not give the phone number. Finally, there was a woman in the library who gave me the manager's phone number. I called the manager and later he came to Source Cafe. I told him that I came to Source Cafe because I wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast but my order was served to me cold. I also told him that the light-skinned waitress exactly started laughing meanly when I reported that the food was not tasty at all because it was cold. But instead of showing empathy, I was suddenly cross-examined by the manager. He asked sternly how I knew the waitress was not smiling because of fun. I then said because her laugh sounded very different from when someone laughs because of a fun moment. And in the past, she has only treated me badly so I wouldn't be surprised if she was behind the fact that my order was served to me cold. But the manager went all defending her and thought I was wasting food because I didn't eat what I ordered. Which seems logical to me when the food is cold. Meanwhile, they brought the bill to me.They wanted me to pay for all the items I ordered. I refused because it was all cold when served. I feel that I am not the one wasting food but those who were indifferent and did not serve me the food while it was still hot. Since I couldn't come to an agreement with the manager, I said it would be better to go to the police to come to a solution. Then suddenly the manager became so so rude and abusive that he said they did not want to end up with police and said I was no longer welcome at Source Cafe. And then because he was so rude and abusive I thought ‘why should I still be polite enough to pay for the sandwich and latte when he is being so rude to me and protecting the light-skinned waitress who enjoys mistreating me every time I come? This is the upside-down world!" Once in the past, the light-skinned waitress put an extreme amount of salt in food I ordered. So much that it was inedible to me. That was in January 2024. Further every time I visit Source Cafe, she always finds a way to irritate and annoy me or even mistreate me. She is clearly trying to chase me away from Source Cafe. I have no further idea why she does that because I have never done anything...
