Cafe ARABICA — Restaurant in Mbale City

Cafe arabica is a nice place to go in...for coffee ,sand witches, fruits and juices plus lots of stuff to eat..they have good Wi-Fi network and internet on their public computers at affordable rates..they have there head quarters at MBALE resort hotel which is bunghoko some few kilometres from MBALE town. They have excellent accommodation facilities, swimming pool, bars, gimme, green gardens for small and big parties ,conference facilities and with tight security and ample...

We were a group of five.

After ordering the waitress told us that she had made a mistake eith the order and so two of us needed to have a burger instead of a pizza otherwise she would be charged.

We agreed and then waited over an hour for our meals, which all came at different times (20 minutes apart from one another). One will never come even now.

They were all out at different times and we argued with them a lot.

No apology either.

The food is ok but not worth it.

Avoid...

So sad! Place has great potential except for the horrible attitude of one waitress. ATTITUDE!!!! Does she own the place! It was 'you will take it or leave'! I ordered an alternative and they did not bring it!! Teaching me a lesson, I guess!!! So I watched my colleagues enjoy their meal and went hungry. Mango smoothies and the fries were nice.
