Waitresses can't answer simple questions in English. No manager on duty to receive complaints. No soap or water in restroom. They double charged our credit card. After spending 30 minutes getting online to verify that they did double charge us, I went to complain to cashier, who had my refund in her hand already. They already knew they double charged us, so why make us prove it on the internet? They could have come to our table and handed us back the money instead of holding it in their hands waiting for us to come up to them to ask for it. First two items I ordered, they did not have, but it took waitress 5 minutes each time to tell me. They should tell the customers when handing them the menu what items are not available that day.
