Eat and Drink Restaurant — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I will not recommend this restaurant for two valid reasons. Firstly, I ordered a mixed grill and the dish wasn't good.

Secondly, the rude response from the restaurant in charge Mr. Siraj.

After tasting the food that tasted horrible, I rang up to restaurant to share my views on it. But the response from Mr. Siraj was even worse than the food which made me post this review. His words were rude and he responded was very aggressively. He said that their food is always good and there's no way for it to be bad.

However, I believe that across the world, it's the customers who should say about the food and not owners. Being in the hospitality field he was not at all polite and he doesn't how to respond to a customer. Really a bad experience with the food and worst experience with Mr. Siraj.

Again, I will not recommend...

Eat and Drink - Our quick food option when we sitting in office. My office located in Reem island. Very less food options and from city it will take long hours to get food delivered. Eat and Drink having reem island outlet and they delivers food on time within 20-30 min maximum.

They are more about kerala and fastfoods ( Burger and Chineese )

Even though they will take any single orders for delivery without looking min value for delivery. They come with Card swiping machine it is very advantage.

Food is okeyish but their service and pricing is good. Been there couple of times for breakfast dining. It was good experience. They have outdoor seating facility and which...

Our 2nd time to eat here... and still the best in their green chilli chicken, butter chicken, parotta, popcorn, fries, and complimentary soup.

Let's just be patient and show humility with the service, especially on BUSY HOURS.. It was busy when we came, I had to take the menu from the other empty table, and pretended to wait for a waiter for 10 minutes even though I knew my order already. 😅

Unfortunately... no one came, so I called one of them to help me after they were done with the other table.

I admire such people. it's like a battle of 100:10....

So far... good food, good soup, quite expensive though, but...
