Montreal Restaurant-Filipino Food — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

This will be my first time review that made me so disappointed. I ordered from Talabat, I received my orders incomplete! (AGAIN) it actually happens every time I order from the restaurant. I called the restaurant to raise my complaint which are the missing drinks and extra rice that I actually paid (in additional, no cutlery and no tissues) Someone spoke to me and asked what’s the issue all about then he passed the phone to other staff to ask me again (very annoying) I shared my complaint to the person and unfortunately he answered without any sense. He started to raise his voice over the phone and not even think on how to solve the problem. “Maybe your order was changed into others order” and “our menu in Talabat is no longer updated” that is his response, said that it’s not his responsibility to solve a complaint because he’s just a Cook (so why you have to talk to me for no reason). We just had dinner with my family, unfortunately nothing met Our expectations, the chicken inasal was looks like they cooked fro a long time and defrost when they got order. Food is great!! 5/5 Taste is good, serving is big (good for 3 persons) We ordered their combo meal of Bulalo and Daing na bangus with rice and iced tea included. Value for money is 5/5 also. The location is just not that much easily accessible (for me that is not from Abu Dhabi and just trusting google) space is also limited, but it’s welcoming and clean.
