Guys the service of this restaurant is very poor and low level and the person who takes orders over the phone is not honest in his work, he is a liar.

A few days ago I ordered breakfast over the phone. So the phone operator promised to deliver the order in 45 minutes.

But when I didn't receive my order even after 1 hour, I called the restaurant and tried to know the status of my order. I was told that the delivery boy has left here long ago after taking your order. But even after waiting for 10-15 minutes when I didn't get the order, I took the number of the delivery boy from this restaurant and inquired about my order.

I was surprised to hear the delivery boy's polite and respectful reply. Because the restaurant still didn't take my order to deliver it I think the delivery person is very honest. While I was told that your order has gone from the restaurant.

Very poor service, lair staff and cold food, what would be the quality of cold food you all know my rating of this restaurant is minus. Because I was not given the number of the manager of this restaurant even when I asked to keep my word

Staff : first, I want to praise the young lady ( Mila or Mina ) for her professional service, kind gesture and lovely approach. She is very sweet ! Actually, everyone there was super friendly, she was serving food with another guy , both of them are lovely ! Even the shawerma and Manakish guys inside were so kind. I love the staff here. I came to visit on Monday 19th of May 2025 at 11:30 P.M

Food : Food is fresh, the vegetables are so fresh and tasty ! I love this gesture. We tried the shawerma and the manakish , both were big plates, and amazing taste ! Super clean and something to be proud of.

Problems : only one problem, that is not even related to the restaurant. But, it's almost impossible to find parking around the restaurant !! We tried to park for 30 minutes, impossible almost to park there or find a free spot ! But again, it's not the restaurant problem, that area its all like that ! Only spots for residence, and even that it's full. So, it's not the restaurant mistake at all ! The area is super busy as it's located in DownTown.

Overall : 5/5 experience 5 stars ,...

What a joke😅" immerse yourself in the hospitality " they state in their bio, and it couldn't be further from the truth 4 staff were working front of house, including my delightful and friendly Nepali server, however even though I was the only customer in the entire dining area until another solo diner entered, not one of them tried to engage me in conversation, or exhibit the slightest hospitality..not even close, not even trying. One server stood very close to me with his face glued to his phone instead of acknowledging the customer, and when my food order came incomplete, instead of caring enough to even try to rectify the situation, he called to the poor Nepali lady instead Now. The food. Luckily I only ordered shawarma, so my losses were minimal, but I feel sorry for anybody spending money at a place clearly only in business to make as much money as possible, cutting as many corners as they can get away with in the process The olives were disgustingly bitter, not fresh, and had black mold marks, and the pitta bread was so thin it fell apart while...
