Ryba was a very good choice. I had family visiting and we wanted Seafood, I had never heard of Ryba before but was interested having done a quick research. I have to start with the fact that the service from entrance to exit was top notch! Though the menu is a bit on the pricy side and almost all portions were a bit smaller. We had, for starters, the popcorn shrimp the truffle fries and the King Crab Salad, both were good, but the salad was spectacular! It had lettuce boats all around the plating that I used to make sandwiches with the salad. It was so delicious it could be worth traveling from Dubai only to get it! Popcorn shrimp was good and the Fries were nothing memorable, pretty bland to be honest. For mains, we had the Seafood Paella. Now I've had my fair share of food and food knowledge for me to know that this is Risotto not Paella. Rice was a bit loose and had no Soccarat at the bottom whatsoever. I think it was done in another pot and served in the traditional pan. Having said that, if they rename the dish to Risotto it would be super successful, because the flavor was fantastic! Seafood was cooked to perfection, except for the tiny octopus that was overcooked. On the other hand, the interiors are absolutely fantastic! Kudos to the designer for having designed such a unique and innovative space! Beautiful! Thank you for the experience Ryba! And hopefully we'll...

I visited this restaurant after seeing many positive reviews on social media and respected platforms like the Michelin Guide.

Unfortunately, the overall food experience didn’t meet my expectations. My friends and I found most dishes overly oily and heavily spiced, which masked the natural flavors of the seafood.

We started with the seafood soup, which was decent and reminded us of some Thai-style broths.

The burrata flatbread was well-seasoned, but the bread itself lacked crunch and felt quite heavy.

The shrimp bites were extremely oily and came with too much sauce, which overwhelmed the delicate taste of the shrimp.

The arancini had an intense spice profile, with a strong cumin flavor that dominated all other notes.

The seabass with lime was fresh and well-cooked, but the combination of spices and cooked lemon gave it a bitter and overly acidic taste. A simpler approach would have enhanced the dish more.

Lastly, the seafood paella was the most disappointing dish of the evening. I would suggest renaming it, as it didn’t resemble a traditional Spanish paella. The rice was replaced with overcooked small pasta, topped with a mix of herbs and scattered pieces of fish, including a salmon fillet, which felt out of place.

Overall, while these dishes may appeal to certain palates in the UAE, they may not resonate with those more familiar with...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Ryba! What an absolutely spectacular evening at Ryba! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the elegant decor and warm atmosphere of this Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. The entire team deserves recognition for their exceptional work - from the kitchen to the front of house, every detail was perfect. Special thanks to Maden, whose service was truly outstanding. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and expert recommendations made our dining experience unforgettable. The food was incredible - the grilled seabass was perfectly marinated with dill, ginger and tamarind, the seafood soup with Thai spices was bursting with flavor, and every dish showcased the freshest, highest quality ingredients. The presentation was artful and the flavors were sublime. The ambiance at Al Mina location is beautiful, and you can truly feel the passion and dedication that goes into every aspect of this restaurant. From the carefully crafted dishes to the impeccable service, Ryba lives up to its reputation as Abu Dhabi's finest seafood destination. Thank you to the entire Ryba team for creating such a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending this gem to everyone! Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional seafood and world-class service in...
