Zahrat Lebnan - Mohamed Bin Zayed City — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I had visted the restaurant today at 4:30PM in Mazyad Mall. I ordered shawarama and they served me with a old shwarma which tasted literally bad and I asked the Manager whether is it new he said in the beginning yes its new and later when he understood it had faulty taste and expired chicken he said it was cooked in the Morning at 8 'o clock and later. He threw away the complete shawarma stick when I informed him that I would inform Police. The Manager Mr. Osama he said his name was not even accpeting the mistake where as the staffs admitted it saying that it was old and unfresh food served. A Fake bill without date and time was also given to me when I said I would complain.Neccessary actions has to be taken against the Manager for misleading the staffs and serving faulty food to customers. I DONT SUGGEST ANY KIDS OR FAMILY TO VISIT THEM AGAIN AS STILL I AM HAVING STOMACH UPSET...

I visited this branch of Zahrat Lebanon for the first time. I was very impressed with both quality of the food and quality of the service provided by Loai. Loai was very friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. He helped us with selection of right type food which both my colleague and I enjoyed it very much. Loai asked us couple of times if we had everything we need or we need anything else.

Fadi, who is the Manager at the Zahrat Lebanon also came over to check if everything was OK in terms of food and service.

It is not too far from where I live and I would definitively go back there again and I have already recommended my colleagues and I would recommend everyone who live in the area or surrounding area or visiting Mohammed...

This is not uae traits that someone cheat on tapping credit card.. first thing the person who took the order and get the bill on the credit card machine was very lazy. He brought the food after around after 45 minutes and we were waiting outside the restaurant. And then he charged higher amount on the machine which i disn’t even check at that time. He took away the bill also so i couldn’t even bother. But when i checked the bank msg it was way higher than my order.. only 3 small shawarma and a manakeesh in AED 75. Maximum it should be...
