I never thought I’d have to write this about food, but the experience with Biriyani Palace today was absolutely terrible. The food was not cooked properly and was served cold, despite specifically asking for hot food. The Chicken is not cleaned and very overcooked spoiling the taste.
It was such a disaster that I had to throw the entire meal away without even eating it.
To make things worse, the staff are completely reckless and unprofessional. Basic decency were nowhere to be seen. Even the delivery person looked untidy and unpresentable.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant within my friend circle sharing the pics of food. I’m considering reporting this to the food authorities for a proper inspection.
It’s incredibly disappointing how such a place can ruin the authentic taste of Hyderabad Biriyani.
This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.
Added to this all, the website still shows old rates and they charged more for the food...
Read moreI have ordered chicken tandoori biryani from biryani palace, at the time placing order guy on the other side told me it will be delivered in 20 mins as I live within 1.5 km from restaurant, but it was delivered after 1 hour, when I opened the box it was just biryani rice and chicken pieces without any masalah, so I called the restaurant the same guy on the side told me tandoori biryani doesn't come with masalah only dum biryani has the masalah so I countered him that last time when I ordered it was a proper biryani with masalah and tandoori chicken then he admitted that restaurant uses masalah from chicken dum biryani for chicken tandoori biryani but it has finished therefore they sent it without masalah and he told me to mention masalah next time when I order from the restaurant.

I visited Biryani Palace Restaurant in shabiya 10 mussafa and was shocked by the exorbitant prices. A simple dish like chicken biryani is priced significantly higher than elsewhere, with a small serving costing 18 dirhams when others offer 10 servings for a similar price. The regular chicken biryani costs 10 up to maximum 13 dirhams, but your shop is double what others charge.
Given the high prices across the menu, it's clear that this restaurant is not catering to the local community's needs. With prices this steep, it's hard to justify a visit. Perhaps it's time for the restaurant to reassess its pricing strategy or consider closing down.
