They assured me they could, but unfortunately, we encountered some disagreements regarding my order. As a result, I decided to cancel the Spanish cortado and opt for a Spanish latte instead. However, upon receiving our order, they mistakenly served me a Spanish cortado in a mug. Without questioning it, I accepted the coffee. I had a great experience at Milestones Coffee in Deerfields Mall! The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding or meeting up with friends. I ordered a strawberry frappe, and it was delicious — refreshing, well-made, and just the right amount of sweetness.

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. I especially want to commend the barista named Alfoy — he was very professional, cheerful, and made the drink perfectly. His great attitude really made my visit more enjoyable.

Very bad service. Each time I visit, I give them another chance, and every time I end up disappointed. The staff clearly need proper training. I asked for a croissant, and the staff member asked if I wanted it heated. I told him: if it’s in the microwave, then no, but if in the oven, yes. He insisted that the microwave works like an oven, so I agreed. When I got the croissant, it was hard and rubbery, like plastic.
