I walked into Texas Chicken expecting a simple meal, but instead, I got a live drama performance. First off, the manager, runs this place like it’s a military boot camp. I was waiting for my order when I saw one of the staff members literally in tears—wiping their face with a napkin while trying to pack my meal. I wasn’t sure if I was in a fast-food restaurant or an emotional support group.
As for the food? Let’s just say the chicken must have gone through the same emotional stress as the staff because it was dry, overcooked, and tasted like it had given up on life. The fries were colder than the manager’s heart, and the biscuit? I’ve had more moisture in my humor than in that thing.

Unfortunately, the limited edition sandwiches (Indian chicken burger) and sides (hummus fries) were not eligible for combo meals and were way more expensive than the run-of-the-mill items.
