Friends sheesha cafe/Restaurant & Snooker — Restaurant in Al Jerf

We have visited this place multiple times, but yesterday is our worst experience ever in my life.

We were 7 people and had played snooker earlier. During that time, I have requested to reserve 1 table for us in the main hall & given the order as well.

Inshort, staff is completely out of their senses & don't know how to tackle clients. The Lady with Glasses extremely rude & I requested to call their manager or owner to spoke but she refused & said tell me here only. We explain her that this table we had reserved already but she denied as you ordered inside hall so it's non of our concern.

Anyhow we found another table is getting empty but she did not let us Sit there as well claiming that the clients already their but we observed they clean that table and serve to new comers on that. They threw us on the last table of the restaurant.

After they served food, we have just calm down and started to dig in. As we just finished the food, (food was good) ''she clean the table and asked to leave now as we have more upcoming customer''... 😐 We usually always keep sitting in cafe after dinner to play some cards & finishes our Sheesha's but once as she said we left that cafe for forever.

Just tell me one thing, I was not the customer? I was embarrassed in front of my guests. I'll make sure that I'll never visit that place again in...

I recently visited Friends Sheesha Café/Restaurant & Snooker, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The overall service was extremely poor, and it largely stemmed from the unprofessional behavior of both the manager Kiran and the counter person Junaid.

Firstly, Kiran, the manager, was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful when we raised concerns about the service. Instead of addressing the issues, she seemed indifferent and dismissive. It’s really disappointing to see a manager so uninterested in their customers' satisfaction. This lack of attention made us feel undervalued as patrons.

As for Junaid at the counter, he was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Not only was he uncooperative, but his attitude was also disrespectful when we had simple inquiries about the menu and the availability of items. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way in a service-oriented industry.

Overall, this experience left a bad taste, and I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent customer service. It’s clear that there needs to be serious improvements...

Served Expired Drinks & Bad Food – Unsafe and Unacceptable!

I recently dined at Friends Cafe and Restaurant, Ajman (UAE), and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They served us Diet Pepsi that was expired since 2019 — the expiry date was deliberately hidden with white paint. When I started drinking, it smelled off, so I checked the can and found the painted-over date.

When I informed the staff, they reacted as if it was no big deal. This is not only unprofessional but also a serious health hazard. I have already reported this incident to the Helth Department for action.

The food itself was also very poor in quality — tasteless, oily, and far from fresh. Overall, this place is unsafe, unhygienic, and should be avoided at all costs.
