First of all i would like to say tht the ambiance of ur restaurant was quite nice...i noticed multan google maps on ur wall.over all nice place looks wise. But i have to be v honest here and i believe as a customer i have full right to appreciate as well as give constructive criticism since i paid hard earned money. my intention is NOT to name or shame u but help u in improving in the v weak areas i noticed. I was extremely embrassed in front of my husband since i had been bugging him to tk me to ur restaurant aftr reading such colorful n positive reviews abt ur restaurant but i ws deeply shocked!! First of all dear the dish u term as biryani was not..it was kinda like pulao but not even close to that . Biryani as u must b aware is maselaydaar made with tomatoes and alot of other ingredients. addin color to rice dusnt mk it biryani. Haleem seemed like dals mixture with chicken in it. But there was no garnishing items fried onion, green chilies, mint and lemon to go with it. I thot my kids wud have atleast pasta to enjoy but that had nothin in it..no veg no chixken moreover the white sauce ws not upto the mark..it was bland and tasteless. Ur servers were bringing food in bowls n then transferin into the hot silver bowl ..on askin y cant he fill it up to the top rather than goin again and again to get the food items..he said so tht it remains hot..which was silly since u had a small fire like thing under each dish. In all the top restaurants they fill it to the top. Ur waiters were continously occuping space by coming again n again in customers line. The texture of the chutney and raita was too runny. Chatney toh samj me ni ari thi mjhe ... first time itni patli chatni dekhi thi jis me kya ingredients thay kuch samj ni aya..u cnt call it green chatni nor imli chatni. Imli chatni wudve been apt with the iftar items. Apke aloo k samosa ki dough was kacchi, meaning It ws not cooked n fried properly. I only liked the pakoras which were crispy and oil free..not to forget tang juice was made nicely. I had atleast 4 cups of that! Aloo palak was not bad.. dear my intention i will say again is to give u honest feedback and honestly the quality of food was shockingly bad. I and my husband r total foodies and eat out every week so u cn tk ny word i m v serious n PASSIONATE abt food and quality. Pls improve ur food items esp biryani. If u google or even check food fusion or any chef recipe u will realise ur biryani was anything but tht. Unfortunately i wud not recommend ur restaurant to anyone. U might think its ok its one customer..its ur wish but if u really wnt to improve u will pay attention and rectify the mistakes. I...

Al Multan Restaurant and Kitchen has a nice setup suitable for bachelors as well as families. The family hall is capable of hosting 50+ persons easily. The nicely decorated walls give you a view of #Multan City.
Now let's talk a bit about the food.
It was two of us who went (me and my wife) for the tasting, so we had to limit the amount of food we get get through. Mixed BBQ, #saraon ka saag and #kari #pakora is what we decided to check out.
I must say, everything was really yummylicious. The saag and kafi pakora were awesomely authentic. The BBQ was very nice.
If I could change something it would a little juicier seekh kababs.
The meal ended with some Multani karak chai, made with fresh milk and wow was it good.
We got the opportunity to meet the owner Mr. Nadeem as well and had a good chat with him and his wife. Very humble people, both him and his wife. And very educated as well. One is a Master's degree holder and the other is a PhD doctor. What brought them into the food business is their passion and love for food.
During our chat he had us try the gulab jamun which was just the right taste and sweetness.
Started three and a half years ago on the other side of the block and moved to the current location about 6 months ago. The previous venue is turned into an event hall available for large events.
I will definitely be revisiting soon.

Read moreI've been having food from here it has been a good option for Pakistani food but recently they've changed something about the BBQ when I asked the chef he says nothing is changed it's only that I started to add colour to masala to give a little red colour, which to me is always odd as Pakistani Tikka and Indian tandoori chicken are very different, anyways despite mentioning few times to give leg piece and make it juicy don't not dry it out but unfortunately it has disappointed me very badly even the meat doesn't tastes the same it's like they've switched from fresh chicken to frozen chicken that has a specific strong taste and smell usually Sadia's chicken thigh pieces pack has that... Writing this review since it has happened multiple times and now despite speaking to the staff and chef they said, nothing has changed but I guess they sure will loose some customers that has...
