HOT N COOL - Jurf, Ajman — Restaurant in Al Jerf

Quality, Taste wise very good. But if we order chicken they will deliver veg. Veg means they deliver chicken. I faced this problem more than 5 to 8 times. Every time I will think about the work pressure of the staffs. And I will call and they will replace but this time the manager not even apologize also for the mistake. He was just telling ok, ok ok. 5min we will replace and give that's it. Soon I won't give bad reviews to any restaurant because I know what are all tensions going on there but this time I was fed up. Management kindly note this and give proper training to staff, or increase staffs to reduce the burden for other staffs so that they can concentrate more to give best...

Since the owner asked for a comment I'm gonna raise my rating by one star, I appreciate franchisee who work on themselves I walked in Hot N Cool Jurf branch, the place is clean, the staff are friendly, and I love they put their brand on everything. The prices are moderate and the food portions are great, I ordered szechuan noodles and crispy beef, TBH they weren't that great, the beef was very dry and the noodles was meh .. but I'd definitely go again and try...

Earlier, i used to love everything from Hot n Cool and even the staffs were excellent but lately, my experience is really bad. I had ordered two curries with my noodles and fried rice and they were both SOOO SALTY. None of my guests could have it as they had blood pressure issues.Rather no one could eat it. And i called them to inform this, there was not even an apology. All i got was 'Thank you for information'. Really...
