This is your reply on my last review, there was any of kinder dough in the bottom of the jar or even on the sides, and i left the jar in the store because it’s really disappointing and your reply is shameful as all you are trying to prove is that your jar is perfect but its not at all it’s only chocolate cake dough on the toppp onlyyy and no cookie dough as desribed . Best cookies I’ve ever had! I visited your branches in Barari Mall and Al Foah Mall—great coffee and excellent customer service. But at the branch near the hospital, the experience was disappointed. One new staff was respectful, but the other girl i think filipino,gave poor service,also one of my friend have bad experience with her, and the coffee quality was not up to your usual standard...
