Disappointing Happy Meal Toy Experience
I recently took my child to McDonald's for a Happy Meal, expecting a fun and enjoyable experience. However, we encountered a significant issue with the toy selection process that left us both frustrated.
Currently, McDonald's displays toys from both the current week and the upcoming week. This creates a confusing situation for children, who naturally get excited about the toys they see. When my child saw the toy for the next week and couldn't have it, it led to disappointment and confusion. It's unreasonable to expect young children to understand why they can't select the toy they see and want.
This practice not only reflects poor marketing strategy but also negatively impacts children's psychology and emotions. Children look forward to the surprise and joy of receiving a Happy Meal toy, and showing them toys they cannot have only leads to unnecessary frustration and disappointment.
McDonald's should reconsider their approach and only display the toys available for the current week. This small change would ensure a more positive experience for children and parents alike. The joy and excitement of a Happy Meal should be preserved, not marred by confusion and unmet expectations.

I just want to raise a complaint regarding your poor and declining service standards as this is not the first time it happened to us. I’m inclined to write now because I feel I’m being con and you’re taking advantage of your customers like me.
Every time we order apple pie in your drive thru service we noticed it’s always missing and as well the receipt!!! By the time we are able to check we are far from your branch or in our home. Why can’t you check properly if all orders were given ??? It is very disappointing to see and get this kind of service from your branch.
