This stay was longer than usual, and once again, I was deeply impressed by the seamless experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Hammad, who consistently goes above and beyond. His professionalism, calm presence, and attention to every detail make a huge difference—honestly, this stay would not have been the same without him.

Laarni also deserves recognition for handling the long-term stay contract so efficiently. Everything was clear, timely, and well-organized through email, making the process effortless.

At reception, Ahmed was helpful and welcoming, and Gaith, a newer addition, was incredibly well-spoken, kind, and genuine—such a wonderful energy to encounter at check-in.

Miguel, as always, added his personal touch toward the end of the month—he always knows exactly what we like and makes sure everything feels just right. Elsa remains a shining star, always available and supportive, even during Ramadan, maintaining that same warm and energetic presence.

In housekeeping, Ravi stood out for the way he organized everything, especially the kids’ toys. He brought so much care and joy into the room that even my children kept asking for him! Hamidur was also excellent—consistent, caring, and detail-oriented every day.

And I cannot forget Padam from concierge/valet—wow! His service is next level. He moves with Superman speed, always appearing at just the right time, with a big smile and pure grace. His energy is unmatched, and he makes every arrival and departure feel smooth and special.

From the security team, Michael and Jackson were fantastic—professional, friendly, and always present without ever being intrusive.

If I may kindly suggest one area for improvement (not a complaint, just a consideration): for long-term guests staying in the Signature Wing, I believe the amenities could be upgraded a bit. The tissue paper quality in particular felt very poor—dusty and rough. It would be great to have higher-quality tissues, along with better lotion and toiletry products that reflect the premium feel of the property.

I recently stayed at intercontinental residence suit for four nights and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel is a bit far from major attractions and public transport, but if you rent a car (which you most probably would) it's not an issue.The staff at were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, adding to the hassle-free experience.The room was clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Amenities such as the flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi were much appreciated. However, the Wi-Fi was rather slow and there were no electrical outlets near the beds, so we had to ask the front desk for an extension cord, which they kindly provided.One of the highlights was the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The dinner menu was equally impressive, with high-quality dishes that showcased the chef's skill.However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve.The bathroom was very spacious, but the toilet was very close to the wall. The bathtub had a huge margins which made getting in and out very difficult and dangerous, since there was no handle to hold. The shower also was so close to the wall which considering the huge margin of the tub and the slope of the tub made taking a shower an unpleasant experience.The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and pool, were well-maintained and inviting. The pool area, in particular, was a great place to relax, though it did get quite crowded at times.In summary, intercontinental residence suit offers a solid 4-star experience with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location. With a few minor improvements, it has the potential to be outstanding. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit...

The rooms were very comfortable, well-equipped, and provided everything I needed for an extended stay. The dining experience was equally impressive, with high-quality restaurants offering a range of delicious dishes. While the steaks might not be their strong point, the overall menu variety and quality more than made up for it.

The gym and pool areas were also highlights of my stay. Both are very well-maintained and monitored by friendly and attentive staff. The pool area, in particular, is spacious and ideal for swimming laps or just relaxing, making it perfect for guests who want to stay active. It’s clear the hotel takes health and wellness seriously, offering a great environment for those looking to maintain a healthy routine.

Despite being a family-friendly hotel, there’s a wonderful balance here—you never feel like you’re in an uncontrolled playground. The atmosphere is peaceful, with families enjoying the amenities respectfully. The overall vibe is refined, and the guests reflect this, with many polite and interesting people around. The lobby and restaurants are lively yet sophisticated spaces where I met some wonderful people.

The only downside was the hotel’s business workspace, which was frequently booked out by external guests. This made it challenging to find a quiet spot for work, though it might be avoidable by reserving in advance during busy periods.
