Al Fattan Sky Towers — Local services in Dubai

Regardless of the location of the building, you have to consider the facts below before you move there:

1- you and your kids will not have any options to go for a walk out of the building because it's surrounded by cars' service centres. 2- the chiller's bill is crazy in that place. I used to pay AED 1800+ / Month during the summer (DEWA is not included in this amount). It is a full glass building and it is very hot during the summer. 3- I stopped getting the chiller's bills for 6 months and when I enquired about it, they said that they have an internal problem with the system. However, when i decided to leave the building they asked me to pay for the 6 months in one payment! They decided to cut it from the security deposit. 4- the management is not responsive. Actually, you will never get a chance to get in touch with the management. There is an admin employee in the building and she is not authorized to make any decision. 5- there is no place for a dishwasher in the kitchen. 6- the ceiling is very high and you have to consider a budget for the curtains 7- the only place that decided to charge me for painting the house after leaving the apartment since i moved to Dubai 8- you will get used to hearing the fire alarm once or twice every day. Aside from the location and proximity, no other advantages can be attributed to this tower. Smell of sewers and cooking in the apartment all day and all night. Maintenance doesn’t do anything about it. Living in a dumpster of bad smells. No second parking available for a 2 bedroom No guest parking Sewers smell in the building the whole time Requests are not taken into consideration No presence for management except for an admin employee who can’t take any decision and always has to get back to you with no answer. No action about complaints of noisy neighbors all night. Security doesn’t do anything about it. I called security at 1-2-3am regarding neighbors noises and workshop and they don’t do...

Bad place to live. So much noise from workshops all hours. Security never enforces parking, people blocking the entrance parked illegally people taking assigned parking. Kids playing in gym area. No steam or sauna as advertised never switched on. No AC in gym never switched on. People leave garbage in hallways. People playing loud music and doing hammering construction at 11pm and later. No guest parking. Fire alarms being activated all day. Too overpriced for quality and amenities that don’t exist. Women’s gym that was promised is empty. Kids indoor area is construction site.
