No follow-ups were made on their part, and by the time I finished my meal; after waiting for half an hour; the sauce had still not arrived. I went to order a chicken shawarma plate for takeaway, but the person taking my order told me it wasn't available. Later, I found it listed as available on Noon, so I called the Allo Beirut call center. The representative confirmed with the branch that they did have the shawarma plate.

I asked the call center to place an order for pickup. When I went to pick it up, the same person who initially told me it wasn't available was there. I mentioned that I had placed an order for a chicken shawarma plate. He went to check, and after a 20-minute wait, I finally received my order.

When I got home and started eating, I found that some of the chicken was raw and uncooked. Additionally, half of the portion was just fat and skin. It was a terrible experience, and I can't help but feel that they might have done this intentionally because I insisted on getting the shawarma plate. This was my worst experience with Allo Beirut, and I’m sad to say I will never eat...
