Subject: Appalling Service at Starbucks Al Warqa Mall Branch - Employee Complaint
Dear Starbucks Management,
I am writing to express my utter disgust at the reprehensible level of customer service rendered by your staff member, Harriet (#327196), at your Al Warqa Mall branch.
During a recent visit, I found my coffee disastrously loaded with an excess amount of ice. As a dedicated customer, I expect my usual daily drink to be served precisely as per Starbucks’ stellar reputation. This, however, was anything but.
Bringing up this issue to Harriet, instead of receiving a satisfactory solution or at least an apology, I was met with an unbelievably rude and cavalier attitude. Her mockingly condescending remark, "Why don't you just ask for less ice?", was not only unprofessional but frankly, an audacious insult to my legitimate complaint.
I am absolutely taken aback by such gross misconduct by a representative of your renowned brand. Her demeaning behavior detracts significantly from the otherwise pleasant experiences I've had at your chain.

I told a supervisor (I’m not going to mention his name here but he knows himself) there about the issue, and he answered me in a very sarcastic and rude way.He said, "I know why you're hot because you came from outside," and then I told him that I did not, and he then totally ignored me.
