Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Dubai

I had ordered an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins Dubai Investment Park for my husband’s birthday. I picked it up on the 2nd of March. After we celebrated I noticed at the bottom of the cake on the cardboard was written the production and the expiration date. I was upset to see that the cake was 4 weeks close to the expiration date. I had always thought when buying cakes from Baskin Robbins that I was getting something fresh or close to it at least… I was disheartened to realize I bought a Birthday cake close to the expiration date. The cake I bought was produced April 2, 2024 and the expiration was April 2,2025. I am not happy at all at this and for next time I will make sure about the expiration date before buying…...

I ordered a few times over Talabat and I am shocked someone there is so inexperienced that they put a banana split vertically. By the time it reached me half of the big emlaquee scoop was already melted in the paper bag...If it was cheap I wouldn't care, but really...Almost looks like it was made on purpose...Management should really look after their employees. And making a complaint over Talabat is as useless as the service at this...
