Eat and Drink Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

An average restaurant in the Liwan Queue Point locality. This is the only restaurant in this community for miles away. Being the only restaurant in this community the service takes a long wait especially on weekends.

For the size of the restaurant the menu is so extensive and a bit expensive.

The restaurant is pretty basic within a small corridor of tables hardly can accommodate 6/8 people to sit. On the other side there are customers queuing up to collect their take away orders. It’s not worth dine in.

Best option is take away if you have run out of all Zomato options or you need a quick bite and can’t wait for Zomato.

There is limited parking in the vicinity and accessibility to a wheel chair upto the restaurant door. But not suitable for a wheel chair to dine in comfortably.

There is no washroom in the restaurant.

The food is average and staff and management are cooperative and friendly.

One of worst shops ever , especially the manger prem has no idea on how to deal with customers, here the thing I ordered a charcoal chicken at 8.12 pm and got delivered by 9.15 and they took payment and then I found out there was no kubus so I called them to inform that therr was no kubus, they said it was a mistake and now we don't have driver and then without any prompt the call was disconnected and then called the guys said it will come in 10 mins otherwise we will refund full amount paid and then it was more than 40 mins , so I finally had to get it from the supermarket and then finished eating they come at 11pm and say we deliver,I said I don't want and then prem says what your doing is not good the delivery guy came for you only ,prem expects me to eat the chicken untill he delivers the kubus and they never apologized for their inappropriate behavior rather they told the delivery in Hindi to go from there. Pathetic...

Very bad experience from Dubai land resturant. Eat and Drink is reputed restaurant brand across UAE but this restaurant didn’t carry any standards . First of all the place was not clean. You could see the spoons were not cleaned properly and had dirt on it. We ordered chicken noodles and chicken charcoal The food taste was okay apart from the mutton soup, which was really bad. All they did was add a lot of conflour and made it thick which was not edible at all. When complained the manager mock us telling that its thier special recipe and we dont like it because we are not used to have soups.

Additionally you can see that they are not maintaining the Restuarant clean you can see flies all around and you can see a lot of stuffs in the dining area. I believe the Dubai health department should make a visit there before someone getting food poison...
