I heard about this cafe from a friend and went there based on the positive reviews. Our plan was to have dinner, dessert and shisha as a new full experience but unfortunately we got shocked and deeply disappointed as the food was terribly bad and the service from the ladies was horrible. We ordered Garlic bread, Rocca salad, Buffalo wings and Chicken Shawma plate, the food came after almost 50 minutes all together while most of the order was just a starter item and the problem was it came cold not even warm. The salad was normally good, the garlic bread came with a mayonise which tasted not good, the buffalo wings were very bad and I couldn't complete it, the shawrma plate was not bad but very cold. We canceled the dessert and the shisha and we complained to the staff who called the supervisor who was kind, apologized and served a watermelon plate as a...

Not recommended, lack of proper customer service.

This is an honest and objective review based on my actual dining experience. There is no proper customer service from the staff, ambiance is not welcoming - no greetings from the staff, not even the slightest smile, we even get the menu ourselves because no one assisted. Upon serving our order, the server just put the plates recklessly that it nearly spilled on the table and just left. The food is so dry and nearly cold. We also requested for condiments and it took time before it arrived, the same with settling the payment. The restaurant has only few customers when we came.
