Very disappointing service while ordering customized birthday cake . I was specific from the beginning regarding requirements and design . After one hour of discussions casually the lady informed that for adding this design ( which was specifically chosen so that sugar coating will not be needed) will need sugar coating so the edible design will not fall out . After wasting so much time was forced to go ahead with it as already spent so much time and effort on the design . The finished product came with non edible designs ( cake for kids ) that was attached to cake with threads which completely contradicted reason they gave for adding the sugar coating . I recently visited katrina’s cakes and bakery and was blown away by the incredible desserts and exceptional service! The staff “Nicolin ema “ and other were warm, welcoming, and well-behaved, making sure every customer felt valued.

The desserts? Absolutely divine! I tried the walnut brownie , pistashio cheesecake and strawberry cheescake and it was love at first bite. The flavors were rich, the texture was perfect, and the presentation was stunning.

I highly recommend katrina’s bakery toanyone with a sweet tooth. You won't be disappointed! 😊
