The staff was exceptional especially Ayman—friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making our experience memorable. They went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Sami!! the owner himself, who took the time to engage with us. It was refreshing to hear his insights about the restaurant, and his commitment to customer experience.
And let’s not forget the shisha! Ramadan made it very enjoyable and a delightful four hours, and it remained fresh and flavorful throughout our stay. It was the perfect way to unwind and savor the evening.
Most importantly…What truly stood out was the story behind and passion the restaurant. Sami shared his journey and vision, which added a personal touch to our experience. It’s inspiring to see such passion behind a dining establishment.

With care, attention, and professionalism, John and Anat assisted us with a set of great Lebanese dishes that are authentic and creative at the same time. The typical KAAK sesame bread was fresh and sweet. The pepper carrot dip was exceptional in its flavor, texture, and visual, because it had a flavor of good virgin olive oil and feta cheese. The classic Greek was more than classic, having large slabs of soft and not-too-salty feta cheese with fresh mixed green. The shrimp chimichri was properly grilled with appropriate doneness, and decorated with chimichuri. The overall texture and flavor of Asparagus Lemon Freekeh were just right. Of course, Negroni was extremely well presented with a right portions of gin and vermouth, leaving the Campari flavor at the end of sip. It was beautifully garnished. Everything was beyond what we expected at a property and restaurant during the hot summer off season: the ambience, hospitality, service, food, and drinks....
