Half filled cone was delivered and once questioned said it's the standard;

Updates: I initially posted a review regarding being served a half-filled ice cream cone at McDonald's (Branch: Latifa Bint Hamdan St, Al Quoz 4, Dubai ) on Friday, 1st August at 8:51 PM. When I raised the issue with the branch manager, Ms. Grace, she responded that it was "the new standard" – which was quite disappointing.

Within an hour of the incident, I submitted a formal complaint via email to crm@ae.mcd.com and also called customer care at 600 588 885. I received an acknowledgment email confirming that my "Right to Know" submission was successful.

Five days later, the owner responded here on Google Maps asking me to email them — which had already been done promptly.

I appreciate the reply and hope that the issue will be genuinely looked into and not brushed off as a “new standard.” Customers expect consistency and value for money, especially from global brands...

I am a regular customer of Mc delivery almost every day I used to order breakfast from them. Today I was very upset with your service. 1. Your crew are not checking the orders before dispatching they forgot to include my Americano Coffee. 2. After 30 minutes the delivery boy again came to hand me over the coffee without bag and with spoiled cup, the coffee spilled all over the table. He just placed it there like throwing a can. I argued with the DB and spoke to his Manager over the phone and demanded for a good service but it seems like nothing happened the DB just left. I guess the Manager didn't do something. (What is thiss??) I am not really into sending negative reviews specially that I, myself also is working in a service industry but this is really not acceptable. Please take care of your customers. MC DONALDS will not tolerate such...
