McDonald's — Restaurant in Dubai

I went to their Enoc 1072 branch and I order big breakfast meal and egg with sausage wrap meal. When my order comes up it wasn’t including the egg and sausage wrap the staff informed in the kitchen about it but they are keep on giving the same thing to other customers also even the customers which comes after me i waited patiently there but then my breakfast is not fresh anymore then I decided to complain the branch restaurant manager and I ask refund of my money rather to convince the customer the manager of that branch return the money didn’t even sorry it was quite rude by the way I request to all of you do not visit that outlet at least in the morning time...

I am so frustrated with this branch. Since this is the closest one to my home and on the way back from work I kept giving it another try. They do not understand the concept of fries. Fries need to be golden and not raw. Even if we tell them "well done, please" they still come out raw. I tried saying "very very well done, please" it still didn't work. Still kind of raw. After talking to them for almost a year I gave up. Now I always go to the other branch on umm suqeim road. No need to say anything. I get the same amazing golden fries like in all the other branches...

took a takeaway meal , 2 big tasty meals ,one quarter pounder with cheese meal, one apple pie and a box of chicken wings.. on reaching home noticed the chicken wings box was not included. complaining since I my child had specifically requested for the wings and was disappointed that it was not there. The outlet was at ENOC petrol stn on zayed bin hamdan al nahyan st opp global village. purchase time around 635pm earlier...
