Disappointing Experience at Iran zamin in Dubai Hills Mall Food Court
I recently visited Dubai Hills Mall's food court with my 3-year-old daughter, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.
Despite being an established restaurant chain, it was disheartening to see a lack of basic training in hospitality ethics among the staff. The incident that stood out was when my daughter accidentally spilled juice, and I urgently needed wet wipes. Approaching the staff at [Iran Zamin], I politely asked for wipes, only to receive a dismissive response: "Did you buy food from here?"
Having spent a significant part of my life in the hospitality industry, I was shocked by the level of disregard exhibited by the employee. It's disconcerting when a simple request for assistance is met with such indifference, especially in a setting where families, including young children, frequent.
This incident reflects poorly on the overall customer service and highlights a critical gap in employee training. While I understand that no establishment is perfect, basic courtesy and consideration should be non-negotiable in the hospitality industry.
I hope this feedback serves as a constructive reminder for the Top management/ Owner to prioritize customer service training for their staff, ensuring that every patron, regardless of their purchase, feels valued and attended to.

During my visit, Cashier Pramod’s behavior was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. His manner of speaking showed little respect for customers, displaying an attitude that was both unwelcoming and dismissive. This negatively impacted my experience, despite the quality of the food being as great as always.
