One of the Worst Delivery Experiences
Honestly, I had one of the worst delivery experiences. I ordered through the McDonald’s app at 4:42 PM and didn’t receive my food until 6:30 PM, at which point I decided to cancel the order. I called twice to complain, but nothing happened — no resolution at all. They just blamed the rider, even though this branch (and the one right across the street) clearly has more than enough riders.
I called a third time to cancel, and only then did the manager call me back — but all they offered was an apology. No refund, no compensation, just a simple “sorry.”
Lately, their delivery service has been getting worse. Even when the food does arrive, the quality is disappointing. Last time, the fries were cold and in terrible shape — and now this.
Super disappointed. I honestly expected better from a brand...
Read moreI had my worst experience now it’s happening i ordered big tasty with extra patty with 2 Kitkat McFlurry and i received regular sandwich and one ice cream only from altawar branch with order number 9218 . I called the restaurant and Anisha answered my call and i explained that the order is not complete and there is things missing and she want me to contact noon for mistake they did from the restaurant not from the delivery. I informed her that i need my order and she said i will get back to you within 20 mins but till now no one called me and i called again the restaurant but no one answering my call because they know my number. It’s the worst experience really and this is will make me think 100 times before i order again from you guys! If you don’t know how to deal with the customers better don’t give promises to solve the issues...

Its interesting how the employee confirmed it and still managered to get my order incorrect, secondly i wanted half coke half sprite and apparently that was an issue !!! I mean seriously i even offered to pay extra and they still said no!!!!! I never expected this kind of service from an American restaurant since i figured this is one of the biggest food chains in the world. Being an American i expected better results from an American restaurant, also it would be nice to have employees that speak some sort...
