I had chain chicken from Greenland Al Qusais branch. The worst ever chain chicken I ever had. It’s not cooked properly, Chicken is not properly toasted between the chain, the masala is also not at all tasty. I got completely disappointed with the quality. I had the same item multiple times from Karama branch, so I know the standard of this dish. I suddenly called the supplier and confirmed whether it is grilled chicken or chain chicken. After I confirmed that it is chain chicken, I asked why it’s like this without taste, not properly, and masala with no taste. I just had only one bite. In dicussion, the staff haven’t even accepted my claim and he’s trying to teach me with the sales of the same. I realized that no point in having a discussion with someone who won’t accept our claim and trying to justify with some lame sales figures. I left the table on the spot. I got the bill. I’ve made the full payment of the food I didn’t had and, got in my table with extreme poor quality. I informed the same in billing counter and left. Today morning I had breakfast from al qusais Greenland branch, I ordered for plain dosa, and when I received it I called the man who served me food and said him that it was a bit cold and dosa was not even crispy, he roamed around I asked him please give me another food, he argued with saying it was that so fresh and crispy, I asked can you taste or touch and feel how its, he didn't do any of the above and accepted my other order, egg curry, appam and tea, and when he gave me the bill, he considered the bill amount for dosa as well,

I asked him how can you bill for a food which didn't had and even when I am canceling he didn't inform me about the charges will added, I had been to gcr for my years and this is my first time experience as well. Even the guy in counter was asking me make the bill, saying that the food will not be as so I had said. You should and if you want you take the food as parcel, such a shameful act.
