I want to share my impression of my holiday in Centara hotel. We , I and my daughter stayed here 25.01.2025 - 30.01.2025. Fist of all, I want to tell thanks team of restaurant Sands. Guys, you touch my heart! All of you. Your service is the best. I travel alone with my baby, she is 2,5 years old, I have some hard moments, but you really makes my holidays! Your kind, smiles, helpful are show me how can be great and hospitality your hotel! I really will miss you! You are my favourite place in Centara hotel! Thanks chefs for pizza! I like it so much! I am not Italian, I am Russian, but it was divine! I am so sorry, I don’t know your names! But thanks of all my hart! And another team! Waiters, supervisor, manager, bartender! I was watching your work! And I know, it’s hard to work with so many people with national differences, espessoally Russians (ha -ha-ha), but you guys can to find keys for all gest! And I really want your employer read my review and read aloud this on meeting and another hotel team applaud your job! You are amazing! I tried to remember your names, but I so sorry if I write something wrong. Binod - bar supervisor, Bikash - bartender! It’s a very Great job, I saw guys how you made cocktails in so short time and stayed positive in a dialogue with your guests! Waiters! I so greteful! You solved all my problems! Why are you so cute? your kindness came from the heart! And this is not only my case! I saw, you Tried to help all guests! Ahijit - thanks for all and pizza take away for my daughter! Nischal, Ishan - my heart with you! thanks for service, attention and care! I wish you a big salary bonus, good clients and good luck in your life! Waiters Jane, AJee, Sam, Chamith you are the best waiters I have ever seen! In conclusion I d like to say thanks safeguard near the sea-line. His name is John. He was looking after my child when I swam. Guys, you are so customer-ordered and thanks for all of you making my vacation so comfortable! The best part of vacation are people!

We are currently enjoying our wonderful stay at Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai, and we are truly impressed by the high level of service, excellent facilities, and warm atmosphere this hotel provides.

Service and Hospitality

From the very first day, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we need, yet they remain discreet and professional. Any requests are handled quickly and efficiently, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.

Rooms

Our room is spacious, clean, and ideal for a family with children. The housekeeping is excellent, keeping everything spotless without being intrusive. Even though we don’t have a sea view, it doesn’t matter because we spend most of our time enjoying the hotel's amazing amenities and outdoor activities.

Dining

One of the biggest highlights of our stay is the food experience. The variety is impressive – from delicious seafood and international cuisine to simple and tasty meals perfect for kids. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, and we truly appreciate the attention to quality and choice.

Entertainment and Facilities

This hotel is a paradise for families with kids! There are so many fun activities, pools, water slides, and play areas that our children are busy and happy all day long. The well-thought-out design of the resort makes it safe, engaging, and fun for the whole family.

Food wasn't 100% to our taste, but fussy eaters. Wife said the food was great! Located out of the main city, the man made island is still being built, a new hyper market across the road will improve things, as in somewhere to walk to to buy milk or coffee without getting a taxi. Hotel is a just a few years old, and all seems clean and Well made, if a little under lifted. Main pool compact and full of screaming kids, adult pool clear and calm, so best of both worlds. Slides OK if a little tame, lazy river is a great way to get a radioactive red tan on the back of your legs, snorkeling fun near the jetty, lifeguards all friendly.
